Where It All Started

Hi, I'm Nikita Campbell and I'm a Registered Marriage Celebrant based in Guildford, WA - the doorstep to our beautiful Wheatbelt & Swan Valley.

Speaking of the Wheatbelt. I grew up in Bencubbin. It is a small country town about 3 hours drive North East of Perth. Our family are still wheat and sheep famers there. I moved to the big city for high schooling as I was selected for a field hockey scholarship at Como Secondary College. Being from the country, I've been raised with the following values; be respectful, helpful and outgoing.

When I was 18 I met my husband (also a country boy) and as they say, the rest is history. We bought our forever home in 2008. We got engaged at the Trevi Fountain in Rome on the 1st of March 2011. We got married at Perth Zoo on the 7th of April 2012 and have since had 2 beautiful daughters. Growing up in the city as a young adult, I've learnt to be professional, patient, and honest.

I have always wanted to be a celebrant since our wedding day, but it took me many years to get to where I am today. I dipped my toes into the wedding industry first by becoming a ceremony stylist in 2015. Then the following year, was asked by my employer to become the logistics manager which I still do to this day. Being in this role has seen me coordinate with staff, venues, florists, photographers, and other celebrants.

I truly value my upbringing as it's made me into the person I am today, having strong family values, along with a soft and caring nature. I love my job as a celebrant and would love to be involved in your special day with your family and friends.
